Monday saw Bubba Watson at the Baseball Winter Meetings.

A co-owner of the minor league Pensacola Blue Wahoos, the top American golfer with two Masters win in 2012 and 2014, made the rounds at the winter Meetings in National Harbor, MD, and a safe bet it is to say he had quite a fun-filled day.

The 38-year old made appearances on MLB Network’s Hot Stove show, MiLB.com, and ESPN Sports Center amongst others. He also was on ground to represent the Wahoos in accepting the Baseball America Bob Freitas Award for best-run double-A organization.

All these he did while in his organizations attire. He wore a Blue Wahoos T-shirt with a Blue Wahoos cap on his head, while also carry a Blue Wahoos bottled water.

When asked by Baseball America’s Bill Lingo on Facebook Live Interview, on which was the bigger thrill, co-owning the Blue Wahoos or winning a second green jacket, Watson had replied,

“For sure the Blue Wahoos.”
